Question: Does AI search have a word limit?

Answer: Some limits on words in a question. Limits on how much of a document can be highlighted. Looka at the 1st 1Mbyte of a document. Limits on numbers of documents in a Hub for AI. More docs means less curation

Question: External access to Box Hubs

Answer: Overview of permissions. External collaborator badge is shown. Hubs subject to shield policies. Co owner and admin settings in place. Box admin settings propagate to Box Hubs

Question: Hubs templates?

Answer: Not yet, will build at admin level initially

Question: Sharing non Box links?

Answer: Add a link to the Box Hub itself. Can paste a link to a block. Can add bookmarks to a Hub. External content cannot be added.

Question: Best practices for using Hubs?

Answer: When you add a file, it is not being used. Access to latest document is guaranteed. More highly curated the Hub, the better the experience is. Hardest part is thinking about the structure of the Hub. Curation is key, allows you to provide additional context.

Three use cases:

1) Using as a workspace, living space

2) Content playlist e.g. benefits site

3) Repository of content e.g. all my contracts for an account

A different way to connect people to content at scale.

How do you cultivate champions?

Question: Maximum search limits?

Answer: For AI, it’s 10k documents in a Hub. A million documents overall. No limits on Hubs, however, subject to fair use policy. Less than 10k files tends to give best results.

Question: Enabling/disabling AI?

Answer: A couple of options. Admin console controls. Controls on a per Hub basis. Planning to add per file controls.
